Shipping & Handling
- We only ship when we have successfully received payment for your order, with the exception of Cash-on-Delivery. We aimed to dispatch on the same day or the next day after payment is received. Shipping duration is calculated from the day of order payment being confirmed.
- Shipping duration is calculated in working days. Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.
- If you have not received your delivery within the shipping duration stated below, please contact our Customer Services Team.
Delivery to Thailand
We currently offer standard delivery for orders delivered to Thailand.
We offer free nationwide shipping on purchases over 1,000 Baht. If the purchase is not over 1,000 Baht, 70 baht will be charged for delivery nationwide.
We aimed to deliver within 7 days from order payment being received successfully. Delivery to up country provinces generally take 1-2 days more than for Bangkok and Greater areas. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer.
Delivery Outside of Thailand
We currently offer 2 types of delivery outside of Thailand:
- Standard Delivery
- Express Delivery
We offer free standard worldwide delivery on purchases over 5000 Baht. If the purchase is not over 5000 Baht, delivery will be charged based on the shipping country.
For standard delivery, we aimed to deliver within 14 days from order payment being received successfully. For express delivery, we aimed to deliver within 7 days from order payment being received successfully.
Please note that all orders are shipped from Thailand. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it is on its way. With your Order Number, you can track the order status of your order here. Alternatively, you can also track the status of your order by logging onto our carrier’s website with the Tracking Number in the email.
