Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost.
Steps for Return or Exchange
1. Contact our Customer Service Team before returning your item/s.

2. Fill in the Return Form here and enclose the original invoice.
3. Use the pre-printed label attached to the Return Form and secure it to your parcel.

Important to Note
Please remember to ask the Post Office or Courier Service for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
For exchange, if you require a different size or colour of the same item, please indicate so in the Return Form here and follow the return process as stated above. If the new size/ colour is unavailable, our Customer Service Team will contact you.
Return or Exchange Conditions
Returned products must be in its original condition, packaging and with the barcode tags still attached. We reserve the right to inspect the items before accepting the items.
Every product on the website can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery if stock is available. Underwear and socks, swimwear, discounted items and customised items are non-refundable. Customer will be charged 70฿ for delivery of the new product within Thailand, except for damaged or defective items.
The conditions for return stated above also apply to International Returns. For the case of exchange, customer will be charged a shipping charge on a case by case basis depending on the weight of item and country, except for damaged or defective items. Hence it is important that you contact us before returning the item and we will advise the shipping charge accordingly. If you wish to return any items to us from a country outside Thailand, please note that you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods. If you fail to do this, we are unable to accept any charges incurred in order for the package to reach us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately at +66 2540-2888 Ext.220 (Monday to Friday 09.00 - 18.00 Thailand Timezone). It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we will assess and confirm this is the case of damaged or defective item and assist you with return shipping charges. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Wrong Item, Color or Size

It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping charges. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
