Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

Yes, setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. You can either sign up first, or you can start shopping and set your account up when you check out. You can register by clicking here.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?

If you have forgotten your password or you have problem with your password, you can click here to reset your password.



How do I place an order?

Create an Account

You will need to create an account in order to shop with us. This will only take a minute. Just click on Register to fill in your details.

Start Shopping
1. If you know what you're looking for, start shopping by selecting the product category links: e.g. MENS Tees, WOMENS Shorts. You can also shop our latest product through the NEW IN category link, or our SALE product through the links at the top of the site. If you have a specific product in mind or are unsure where to start, you can simply enter a key word or item number in the search box on the homepage.

2. Once you have found an item you want to buy, select your size, the color and quantity you want and click on the 'Add to cart' button.

3. You can then either click on the 'View cart' button to review items in your shopping cart, or 'Checkout' to complete your order.

4. If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, you will be asked to sign-in if you have not already done so. Your billing and shipping address will be defaulted if you have previously provided it in your profile. You can also change the billing and shipping address here. Select your preferred shipping option. Select your preferred billing option and fill in the information requested on screen. You will be able to click on the cross button to remove products from your shopping cart under "Products in your order" if you change your mind. Don't forget to enter your promotion code if you have one.

5. After this process, you will receive a confirmation email that states your purchase order.

How do I pay for my order?

We provide a number of payment options for your to choose from. We also take security seriously, so your details will be safe with us.

1. Credit/Debit Cards - you can pay by Visa, MasterCard credit cards, American Express or debit cards. 
2. Bank Transfer - after transfering the money to our bank account, you will need to go to the 'Confirmation Payment' page to fill in the information and attach the receipt to acknowledge that you have completed your payment.

How do I track my order?

In order to track your order with us, you will need to have your tracking number with you. This can be located on your despatch confirmation email or you can log in to check your order history. Please click here to track the status of your order.

I have just placed an order, can I amend or cancel it?

If you would like to change or cancel order(s), (including changing postal address, delivery channel, and adding or cancelling order list) please contact us within 1 hour after placing an order by calling our Customer Service Team at 09.00 am – 06.00 pm (Thailand timezone) everyday.

Can I order items from your website that are not currently in stock?

You can only order items that are currently in stock. However, we regularly top up the stock on our website so please keep checking.

Promotions and Discounts

I have a promotion code, how do I use it?

Type your code into the promotion code box under 'Order summary' of the checkout page, and click 'Apply' to apply it to your order. If it is not applied at this point, we can't apply it to the same order later on.


Shipping and Handling

Do you ship to an international address?

Yes we do international delivery. Click here for more information.

Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Has my order been dispatched?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. With the tracking number, you can track the status of your order here.


Returns and Exchanges

How can I return my merchandise?

All returns must be made by post. You can return purchased merchandise by filling out the Return Form here and sending it along with your purchased merchandise to the postal address below:

You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. Please remember to ask the Post Office or Courier Service for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.

Returned products must be in its original condition, packaging and with the brand and barcode tags still attached. We reserve the right to inspect the items before accepting the items. We reserve the right to inspect the items before accepting the items.

Every product on the website can be returned within 14 days from receiving your delivery. Underwear and socks, swimwear, discounted items and customised items are non-refundable. For more information, please click here.

How can I exchange my merchandise?

If you require a different size or colour of the same item, please indicate so in the Return Form here and follow the return process as stated under the Returns and Exchanges section. If the new size/ colour is unavailable, our Customer Service Team will contact you.
